Clean Copy of Ink Appoinntment plugin needed to salvage some value from Appointway theme

Hi,
I would like to get a clean copy of the ink appointment form to use on my website as it is the main thing that I am able to use from the appointway theme as the theme menu makes the theme completely unusable for me. I have already requested help with the plugin on the appointway forum but no one has responded to my help request.

The appointway theme was an expensive theme that I have not been able to use. I am currently using another theme that has a professional dropdown menu that works as a dropdown menu in all formats including on a cell phone.

I would appreciate getting a clean copy of the plugin as wel las access to the plugin forum if there is one.
