CleanPlace Pro theme slider headings not working on mobile devices

We have purchased and installed the CleanPlace Pro theme. We took the website live two days ago, and just noticed that the mainpage slider headings are not working on mobile devices. Our web programmer said the issue is that the theme design is hiding the headers in mobile view instead of making them responsive. Please let me know how we can fix/resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thanks!
