Click Desk Issue - redirection problem

Hi there,
I have installed a web chat plugin (clickdesk)
And i having problem with the log in access within wordpress itself. I cant log in and it keep redirect me back to the log in page.
I can gain access through click desk's website. And only through infoway theme im having problem.
This does not happen to my other log in site. Can help me?

I think there is some problem with the plugin. I have checked it at WordPress default theme "Twenty Ten" and it is behaving same.
Please check it at your side too.
You can use "Wp-live chat" plugin. It will work fine with the theme.
