Clickable phone number in the upper right of front page?

    1. OK, here's a tough one. How can I add a click-able (especially for mobile devices) phone number to the upper right hand corner?

    2. Once this is accomplished, is it possible to change the ideal image size for the logo on the left? How would I do the dimensions?

    I very much appreciate the help you've given us so far and want to thank you in advance!
