Client Dashboard issue

Why is the color misty grey when the option to change an advertisement is chosen from the advertisers dashboard (scrprts clients dashboard 1 and 2) And how do I translate the sentence marked 3 (scrprt clients dashboard2)?

I have had the same problem as this BUT after trying for a second time the misty grey effect is'nt there and the page is as it should be.
So it looks as though there is a problem which could be disconcerting for a subscriber.
