Code showing on Home Page with Post excerpt ...

I'm continuing to create this dev site for a client. The post excerpt on the ReThink Home Page is showing some code. You can view it here: http://demo777.digitalwordpower.com/ [I've also included a screen shot image.]

I'm using a shortcode toward the beginning of the post that may be causing it. How can this be rectified so that just relevant text is showing?

It seems that you have used some javascript code in that post and forgot to write it under script tag.
That's why javascript code appears instead of its output.
