Color and icon change for bullet point in footer widget

Where can I change the color for the bullet points (right now showing in pink) as seen in screenshot.
PS: I used solution via other thread (link below) to change the colours but only this one is not changing.

Also, is it possible to show a different type of bullet point icon?

 

Hello,

It is a image that is used as a background image in list.
You can change its color by using any photo tool.(like photoshop)
or you can change background image which you want.
