Color on Home Page Text

I need to have the text on the
Home Page Blog Heading Text and Testimonial Section Main Heading to be a light orange. Can you please give me the css to be able to in color numbers or a way to put in an orangle light with enough contrast with the green background?Thank you!!!!!!
