I just finished a new site for a client and upon showing them the website which you can see at http://hilliardsfurniture.com/ they emailed me a screen image of the site showing a line on the page? I initially thought the problem was on there end with some rouge pc or pc monitor but I have since learned this line has shown up on 4 different computers 3 of which are pc's and one is a new apple laptop. Very very weird. Hopefully you'll be able to advise me on this issue and tell me how I can remove this from anyone else seeing this crazy line. I have had this same issue. Once my website went live my IT guy checked It out on a Mac using safari and he reported the problem to me. what PC's are your clients using?
Both, apple and pc's. My client has 4 machines. 3 are pc's and one is a brand new Apple airbook laptop. All 4 show the line? Does Inktheme tech support provide support via this support forum. Please reply to this issue.
They are usually very good at responding. When I reported this issue they told me that it was something to do with software running on the PC with the problem. However I can't recreate this and I have had no further feedback.
