Colorway not running setup

    The "Get Started with Colorway" button does not work.
    The Header / Footer plugin hangs on importing menu.
    Can I manually install the templates? Or can we work on troubleshooting this please?

    Also, I paid for the upgrade. Where do I enter the license?
