ColorWay Pro Responsive Theme Options NOT SAVING...

My theme options are all displaying as one page instead of general > Slider> and so on going to a list of only those options...

So anyway, if you go down the list to footer for example and put something in it doesn't save...

So far i switched themes > Deleted the colorway that was in there and uploaded theme again and activated.

I use this theme in bishopscentre.ca, http://bishopscentre.ca/hot-spring-portable-spas-hot-tubs-abbotsford-bc and http://bishopscentre.ca/bishops-outdoor-living-furniture-abbotsford/ under the same domain and the other theme instals are ok...

Go to Appearance > widgets and drop down "screen option" and then click "Disable accessibility mode".
Check image for reference.

Thanks for reply but that didn't work. That option was already disabled...

 

and when you change any "theme options" they don't save either. Whatever was existing stays...

I think any installed plugin is conflicting with the theme.
So deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
It will work. If not then Please provide the following information listed below.
