Coloway theme not full width on mobile devices

    Why is the colorway theme (and I have the latest available update -version 3.5.1) not full width on mobile devices?? A mobile screen is already so small -you should take full advantage of any screen real estate you have. How do I make it full width?? Tx!

    IS not fullwidth when I check it in my regular browser but when I check it on my phone it is you can see the borders still there
