Comments Box Does Not Appear On Blog Posts

The comments box does not appear on blog posts. All of the settings are correct but it doesn't appear. Can you help me, please?

The problem must be in the theme. Here is how I know. I activated the stock twenty sixteen theme and posted a test comment. It posted normally. When I again activated Traffica Pro the comments box was still not there but a notice appeared at the top of the post that said "1 comment" but that link went nowhere. Does this help you determine the problem?

 

Would like to tell you that there is no problem with the theme..so it would be difficult for me to assist you without having any look in your site..
