Comments not working

In screen mode I have checked discussion and on the edit menu for the page "dicussion" I have checked both boxes, Allow comments and allow trackbacks. Saved the changes as usual but when I go to the pages there is no where for me to add comments. It is like this for each page I tried it on. Can you help?

 

Open page.php and add code given below as shown in image

            <!--End Comment box--> 

It will add comment at your default page template. To add comment in fullwidth pages, follow same process for
template-fullwidth.php
