    Is there a way to add the option for "comments" as displayed in the posts in the blog section, to display on certain "pages"?

    Hello,

    Go to the page.php file present in your theme directory and paste the code given below in that file as shown in the image given below.

    Similarly, do the same in the template_fullwidth.php file present in your theme directory.

    This will solve your issue.
