Compatibility with HideMyWP

Hi,
Can you please tell me if Videocraft theme is compatible with HideMyWP plugin? When I installed the plugin and chose "Hide My wp-login.php" option in that plugin, I can get to the login page but the "SignIn" always ends up in 404 page. Is there a way to fix this ?

Unfortunately this theme is not compatible with this plugin, Sorry.
Contact to plugin author to fix this problem.

Can you please tell me if the theme is compatible with Guaven FP which does the same thing as HideMyWP but is a different plugin ?

I contacted the plugin author for HideMyWP plugin about the incompatibility and he gave the following reply.
The problem is that your theme use plain text (wp-login.php) rather than standard WP login function (wp_login_url())
To fix this you should contact with theme author.

Is it a change you can do ?
