Hello, Thanks for contacting us, I would like to tell you that the message works on the default functionality of HTML5, it doesn't present in any php file. If you want to edit that message then we will have to do a source code manipulation which is time-consuming and there would be some charges. Do let me know if you ready to go ahead.
