Confusion when selecting listing category

When I want to add a new listing, I am presented with only the first three categories. It is only when I hover over them that the scrollbar appears indicating there are more categories to choose from.

I want to make it more obvious to listers that there are more categories to choose from. So either
1) have permanent scroll bars
2)expand the category menu automatically as new categories are entered
3) have a description box (similar to the custom field description box) which states "hover over the category box and more categories can be selected).

We have also found the issue specifically on Safari Browser, we will fix this issue and would update the theme in the next scheduled update.
