Made up a free account, made a free listing and when I viewed it the contact business widget appeared (almost looked greyed out), but still allowed me to enter details and appeared to send it without warning me that it could not do so on a free listing. Should it have even appeared at that point, what would a user think of the lister if they didn't reply?? Hmm . .
Yes, it does allow you to submit the leads, even for the free listings. The reason we made it this way is because if there is someone who want to contact the free business listing there should be someway for the users to do that. Also, if the leads contact the free business, you can ask Free listed business to upgrade their account in return for giving them access to the leads.
That sounds ok Nitesh but how would I know that a user has of a free listing has used the email widget for contacting the lister?
