You can use Contact form 7 Shortcode in the Footer Widget Area. Go to the Widgets Panel ( Appearance -> Widgets ) and drag the Text Widget and drop it in the Footer Widget Area. And then Paste the Contact form 7 Shortcode in the text widgets Content area. This will solve your issue.
thank you for the reply i saw that option, is there a way to insert the contact form as a fixed widget in the home page slider?
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.
