our contact form is not working properly clients are completing the form but we don't see any emails arriving please advise

it wont it crashes our site and i really am ready to take action on this problem with our website i need to talk to one of your decision makers in your business and we talk on skype i am led to believe the htaccess file keeps changing and our site goes down all the time i need a full explanation on all this from you so we can take action also i am not receiving email notifications from you even though i set it please fix this issue
