Contact form doesn`t understand the Russian and Ukranian languages

Help me please! this form (Im using BlackRider version 2.1.4) doesn`t understand the Russian and Ukranian languages - it does it like "???" this and the RECEIVED mails unreadable! Were and what should I fix?
