Contact Form not Appearing

I have a number of listings we have set up here to test - some are free, some pro, some featured.

The contact form has not shown up on any of them.

What am I doing wrong?

 

Go to
Geocraft Setting->Theme Options ->Listing Setting

then LeadCapture Form On

Now I have another problem!

The contact form shows on free lsitings - I don't want that! How do I remove it pls?

Our team have discussed on this issue.
We have not added on/off option for free listing just for admin profit.
The lead capture form in free listing is "on" so that the admin can access all leads. If a Listing Owner has opted for free listing then he will not be able to see the leads however the admin can access the leads. If a listing owner wants to access the data then he has to upgrade his listing i.e. from free to pro listing.

Does admin get an email notice that someone has completed the contact form?

And someone with a premium listing also get an e-mail notice (as well as admin?) If the form is completed?

 

Admin can access leads from lead capture (pro or lite) but can't receive any mail about form filling.
Receiving all visitors mail will become a headache for admin.

What do you mean by 'lead capture (pro or lite)'?

We have pro (premium) and free. What is 'lite'?
