Contact Form not Sending

Hi

Hopefully this is quick to resolve.

The theme contact form is great, but does not send. If I switch to the WordPress supplied (JetPack) contact form it works fine. Can you please give me a few hints on where to look?

Hello,

Please check your spam box. Maybe mails are landing there. If not then open "template-contact.php" and make changes as shown in the image.

Hi. It's not in spam, I have tried many valid email addreses as the sender and the change above is not making a difference.

To be clear, it works when I use the default WP contact form that comes with JetPack.

Please help or show me how I may try to troubleshoot this - I have full access to the server.

Hi.

Sorry, we cannot allow a third party to login.

We will use the JetPack contact form as it works and the client is okay with this.
