Hi! I have a problem with the message I get, on my computer by the contact form. I can press answer and it comes to the correct person. But when I am on my iphone/Ipad and will answer a mail it comes to me instead of the customer. Can we fix this? Can I turn off the mobile theme, so it is the same on my computer as iphone/ipad??
Hello, Mail is received by the admin when a person sends message from the contact form. That is why you recieves mail when you send the message from your iPad. This mail id is written on Settings -> General -> E-mail Address If you want that the message to be received by another person then you have to change the mail id in your dashboard.
Okej, dont think you understood me, I will try to solve it, it is not a big problem. But my other question is if I can turn of the mobile mode on the theme??
Ok. Back to the first question. I will try to explain better. When someone fills out the contact form and I will answer by the computer, everything works fine. But when I answer using Iphone / Ipad it send the email to myself? What should I do for it to send to the right person. Do you understand?
