The issue has been resolved from the theme just get a fresh copy of the theme from your members area and install it on your site.

I have just downloaded and installed a fresh copy and the issue did not stop.

(2) More so, I noticed that the Header Menu is not sticky.

I WOULD BE GLAD IF THESE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED ASAP!!!

 

Did you configure the menu as well?

You need to use #contact_us instead of #contact in the contact menu item from Dashboard->Appearance->Menus

I hope this will resolve your issue.

The sticky menu option feature in the theme is in discussion and hopefully will be done in upcoming versions.
