How can I stop these savages from spamming my contact page form?

To prevent spamming in your contact form you can turn on the captcha from theme option panel

I would rather suggest you to kindly install Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft WordPress plugin

It will solve your issue.
