Contact us page issue

Hi,

On my contact page I currently have a form that can be filled out but yet when it is completed and an individual clicks submit, i have no idea where the message goes to, such as what email address. I have looked at the page that was created titled Contact Us but had no luck, I also looked at various widgets and had no luck, I even looked at the Contact Us files located in the editor section and did not see anything. Is there anyway you can help me find out what email address these messages are going to and how to change it.

Hello !

To set receivers email.
Go to Settings => General => Email address and set email id to receive messages of contact page.

Hi i have tried that but when I changed the email address to my personal email, I still do not receive any emails when I fill out and submit the form as a test.
Do you have any suggestions.

Hello !
Follow below image and edit contact.php file.
$emailTo = '[email protected]';
put your required email id in place of crossed text and put it in contact.php file.

You can use plugins contact form 7 instead of this.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
There you will also get the installation process.

Hi i prefer your contact form template, but maybe there is an issue with the form because when i fill it out to test it, I should receive a message after clicking on submit. Instead I receive 2 black lines which are shown in the picture attached. Is it possible there is a bigger cause to the problem that is preventing me from receiving messages that are submitted or a confirmation message when clicking submit.

Thank you. The greeting at the end of the message does work now. However when I try and test the contact form I still do not receive any emails. Any reasons you might know of that could be causing this. I have even tried changing the email address on file for the site to see if there was an issue with that email address. I appreciate your input and help.

Hi I appreciate all of your help on this issue. I have tried 4 different email address and still have not been able to receive any messages from the contact form. Do you have any other suggestions how to fix this issue and it should be very simple i thought.

Have you any gmail account?
Please check this with your gmail account.
I checked with the gmail email account and get a message every time when submit contact form.
