Could Not find add pictures button in Client's account Description Area customer account unable to link pictures.
can user have just a button to insert their images and (Videos if possible) or at least image with using WYSWYG as before . 'img' tab is not user friendly for Client, what they can deal with is normally button. It will make them away from our platform because it is not user friendly. While i try to sell them listing, they always ask me is it easy to update and maintain. They also need easy pictures size controller as well according to picture ratio. They actually cannot calculate pictures ratio. even when we setup for them we feel difficult, because i need to calculate one by one, its spend more time. http://www.iBatuPahat.com , we put around or at least 30 images for each listing page. they rely on it. easiness as before is important. (consistency of admin and user panel is also important, as we ask before.) Please do something. Keep client feel good with this platform, because it is easy to maintain.
i do not mean want to force, but client start ask us to update images for them, our job getting heavy beside setup new listing. we took longer time to setup a listing as well, because the picture ratio not auto calculate as before. There is a great thing is, we can update each listing to show in homepage slider and category page slider by admin account without mess up description area. Any surprise news about this? or we have any plugin can temporarily support this function without mess up other thing?
any news, we are getting crazy, because need teach customer to put on their picture. Add pictures button and Images auto scale function as before.
Hello, Theme contain WordPress default editor and adding image upload button there will allow user to access media library. Which is not safe. So the solution is. You can add a description with img format and a short note ("Please use this format to add image '<img src="your image address">'"). which help customer for adding image.
