Country and Provinces connection are Inconsistent - What can we do about it?

I have purchased this theme and have it running on my website. My concern is that it seems the country and provinces connection are inconsistent. What can we do about it? Examples, when you click the country of Philippines, the provinces that will come out from the drop down list are the states in the US... It's the same thing with India, it's the US states that come out in the province section. Another concern is that a US state is missing from the list... if you can add Maryland....

I hope you can address these issues as this will affect the promotion of the website into its clients around the globe. Thanks.

The website is http://advertayz.com. When you select a country, a different country other than the US, the state is always there. Will it be better that the province or county of the country be reflected instead. Or when, other countries are selected, the state section should not appear. Attached is a screenshot of the testing ad.

Please follow below link and change the select field of state to text fields as changed in below link.

This will resolve this issue of selecting state depend on country. You have to manually type it.
