There is a delay when the slider loads and I am not sure how to fix this. As you can see the words overlap each other right when the page first loads.

 

Also, could you please tell me how I can change the colors on A, B, C images on the home page.

Deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
It will resolve this issue , If not then please download updated theme from members area and upload it.

2)
Go to the
Theme directory / images and edit no-1.png, no-2.png, no-3.png through Photoshop or any other image editing tools.
Keep there name same after editing.
