Create Account Form Not Working

    The create account form and process is not working. When populated and submitted, this form does not process. The sign in process is working.

    This is an urgent problem, please advise.

    Hello,

    You have to reinstall your theme.

    That will resolve your issue.

    I deleted the theme and reload it, but users still cannot not register. Everything looks the same. Could you please take a look at site www.itjobstrack.com? Thanks

    Hello yanw2015 ,

    You have to insert Google captcha key in Theme option
    Or
    You have to off the captcha from theme option to proceed the form submission.

    Ha . . . I managed to get caught out on that one as well when I moved/cloned a site over to a new domain - totally forgot about the captcha key requirements from Google!

    Made a note of it now for the future!
