URL: crystalcoastbride.com After upgrading to Geocraft 1.8.1, the entire "Add Listing" process is a mess, and it's costing me time and money. When I create a new account on the submit-listing page as if I am a business and entire submit, I get the error screen attached in screenshot01. The account is not created. When I login on the error page, using the new password I received via email (screenshot02), I then get another error page, screenshot03. I'm really getting weary of being unable to use this theme as promised without casuing my customers problems. Errors such as this have been occurring ever since I launched my site in the Autumn of 2013. PLEASE HELP!
This same scenario is also happening on a similar web site I admin using Geocraft 1.8.1. URL: wilmingtonncbride.com I have a third almost identical site running Geocraft 1.8 that is not experiencing this problem, so the issue is in 1.8.1. URL: grandstrandbride.com
Hello, Please download theme from members area and upload it. It will resolve this issue. You will get theme with same version 1.8.1 in your members area. Thanks & Regards Nitesh Raghuwanshi
Nitesh, I followed your exactly: 1) Downloaded the 1.8.1 package from the members area. 2) Deleted the old Geocraft installation from my server. 3) Uploaded the new unzipped theme from the member's area 4) Reactivated the theme I am still getting the same error. Please advise. This is getting ridiculous, and I am losing revenue every day this error occurs. Eric
