Create Top Menu item without a page

I want to create a menu item - that has sub-menu items - but the menu button itself is not linked to a page

eg on this site
http://udoshealthproducts.com.au/
I want to make the "Udo's Products" and "Articles" menu item not links to any page but still display it's sub-meus (child menus)

Thank you - it works fine

I was confused as when I first looked at the Main Menu the page links were not staggered (they were all just under each other) but moving them all around to crete the full menu and saving it did the job
