CSS Priority / Load Order Possibly Broken?

I just upgraded from free to paid and installed the paid theme to it's own directory (colorwaytheme vs. colorway). The on the paid theme the default style.css seems to override any custom CSS I add and any of the theme color CSS (blue.css, yellow.css, etc.) I choose. Is there a way to set the CSS load order?

Download theme again from members area and upload it, It will resolve your issue.

 

I re-downloaded and uploaded the theme and am still experiencing the same issue. Looks like there is another thread posted regarding the same problem: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/change-colour-option-in-style-options.466/
