The custom form does not appear in order as I want it to be (I have inserted values for the arrangement). Some fields do not show. And I get an array value whereas it should be specific info. please check www.careclub.co.za.
Go to the Geocraft settings > custom fields and reset fields from there. It will resolve your issue. If not then please provide the following information listed below.
