Custom Field Problems

Hello - I just purchased this theme today and everything works well except the custom fields. I'm experiencing two problems:

1) Some fields don't show on the new listings form for some reason. I did check "display for free listings" so that isn't the problem. Is there another reason some custom fields do not display?

2) I have created some fields that need the user to add numerics. One field is called Business Price. The user will need to type in the amount of the business i.e. $50,000. When the user does this, the text "array" displays on the listing page. Do you know why this is happening?

Hello,

1) Go to the Geocraft settings > Custom field
and reset fields through "Reset Options".

2) Select "Text" from Field type while creating new custom field.

Business Price (Text Line) - To enter a number like $56,000
Business Description (Text Box)
Business Finances (Text Box)

Business Website (Text Line)
Business Address (GeoMap)
Business Image (Image)

I'm surprised nobody else is having problems with Custom Fields. Everything else is working but this - nightmare!

Hello - thanks for helping me so far. However, things still aren't quite resolved.

There is only one test listing right now on my website titled: Turnkey Home Inspection Franchise in Muskoka

The business description field is marked as "display on page". However, this custom field is not displaying.

There is text in the listing. It reads as follows: "Home based = tax benefits. Must travel to job sites=tax benefits. Very low overhead, every job site is different and this franchise has set company records for billing fees per inspection
"
Why is this not displaying on the listing page? Please follow-up with me.

 

I have checked your dashboard, You have not added any description in the related field. That's why it is not showing.
Please check listing "Turnkey Home Inspection Franchise"
It is showing all fields.

 

1. How do I move the business description field to show in the empty grey box? (See attached image)
2. Also, what is "Related Listings" based on? How can I remove it from a listing page?
3. Also, are map images only show on Premium listings, not free?

Note:
You have changed default "HTML variable name" for description field, That's why description is not showing in grey box.
