Custom Logo and Transparent Background Don't Show on Tablets

    On desktop and on smart phone the custom logo and transparent 'banner' show, but when viewed on tablets with larger screen than smart phone they do not show. It appears briefly before the sliders and then appears to be suppressed or forced to back. I need the logo to show on all devices. Your help is greatly appreciated.
