Custom Logo Space

In the theme options, it states the optimal size for the logo is 300px x 90px. Can this be changed to allow more space along the top row? I would prefer a logo like 700px x 110.

For this you need to remove banner code from header file.
Open header.php and remove code shown in the image.

Thanks for the reply but it did not work. the logo image is still restricted to the size setting of 300 x 90. Where can that be changed?
