Customer Contact Number and Address

    I would like customers to add there Number and Address when making an appointment (service company for call outs). Can this be added to the appointment plug-in?

    Hello john,

    Number and address fields are available in the appointment form and these numbers can be called afterwords manually.

    Could you point me to where I can add the fields to the standard appointment form as this does not have name / address fields?
