Customer renewal

Hi , with a free listing, how does customer renew?
I am getting complaints that they are getting email saying listing has expired but when click on link to renew nothing happens.

I haven't seen how it works from customer point of view so not sure of process they go through.

Hi, no using version 1.8.5 which seems to work ok for me at the moment. Unless this renewal problem is something to do with that?

Thanks, I am reluctant to upgrade as have made changes to version I have installed and afraid they won't work with upgraded version.

Can you just tell me what happens when customer listing has expired? how do they renew?
