Customise footer navigation

The default option displays the blog url and description. How do I change this to the address details? Here is an example of what I am trying to achieve.

 

Go to footer.php present in your theme directory and replace current code

Code:

<li><a href="<?php echo home_url(); ?>"><?php echo get_bloginfo('name'); ?> - <?php echo get_bloginfo('description'); ?></a></li>

with

Code:

<li><a href="Enter your link address">Enter your text here</a></li>
