Customise submission Lead Capture Pro Form

Hi there

We have had an issue with the recommended FormGet, as it doesn't serve our purpose. We were hoping to use Leads Capture Pro as this is compatible with the theme, however we need the form to submit to a results page (thank-you.php) for the purpose of Google tracking rather than submit to itself.
Please can you advise whether this can be customised?
