Customizing Home page blog settings

Is there a custom CSS that can be inserted into the CSS to only show a specific category of posts on the home page blog section? Currently it defaults to the 9 latest posts in any category.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.
