Customizing Mobile Version?

    Is there anyway to customize what is viewed in the mobile version?

    Also, when I click the "Pages Navigation Menu" in the mobile version, it just directs me to the top of the front page. You mentioned to someone else to re-download the theme, but won't installing that erase all my customizations? Thanks.
