customizing slider & testimonial boxes

Sir,
i don't want my slider to be responsive.

1) i want my slider to change/move like this

2) i don't want description in testimonial boxes.

Unfortunately there is not a way to change the slider with us.For this you have to hire freelancer.
For second issue please use space in your description section of feature column.

can i change the slider movement action?

i think at present the slider movement action is "fade"
