dashboard and ad-new buttons are not working, giving error as page not found

Hello Friends,

I am using classicraft theme and getting below error on my website nalasopara.cc2.in

1. dashboard button is not working, error as page not found ( http://nalasopara.cc2.in/dashboard )
2. Post add button is not working giving error as page not found ( http://nalasopara.cc2.in/ad-new )

When i manually type http://nalasopara.cc2.in/index.php/dashboard then only it work.

Please help me to resolve this.
