Dashboard.... gone missing !!!

Hi there friends,
I have a Woodpecker installed in a website and all of the sudden we can not access the dashboard, the website looks just fine and we can even reach the /wp-admin ...but, once we imput our username and password all we get is a white page with a "dot" in the left upper corner of the white page... any ideas what could have happened???

Any ideas on this weird issue??

Hi Gourav,
problem has been fixed, the Hosting company had been updating some security "something" and the mess up our login. When we first contact them they said it was and WP issue but this morning they wrote to us back to apologize for the problem created !!
