Hi,
I can't delete the categories.

I have tried to delete it from withing the categories section. (see attachment).
This does not seem to work.

So I have de activated the categories plug in.
All this does is remove access to the section from the pages tab.

I removed the widget also.
However, The categories still appear on the home page under the video.

When I check the source code, the whole categories description is still there.

Can you help me with this?

Hello Paul,

It seems you missed something to configure.

Just check if you are using any cache plugin, clear your server and browser cache and check your site.

If you still unable to figure this out then, share your WordPress admin login details at [email protected].

Hi,
I deleted the cache in every plug in that allows this. It still shows on the front page and in the Source code.

Also, I noticed that:
In title & metas, I changed the text to
'Carpet cleaners Doncaster, great looking fresh smelling clean & bacteria free carpets from a Doncaster local firm of carpet cleaners. Local carpet cleaning'

It does not change on the search results. I also changed it in in SEO options, in the meta description. This was weeks ago...

I have changed my main menu tabs on the home page, this seems to work fine.

I contacted the server people. They wrote this back:
There is no server cache - do you use a caching plugin? If so it should have a clear option.
