Delete Menus On Different Pages

I found instructions on how to delete the text of the headings on different pages, but I'd also like the extra tan heading/menu bar to go away. Is there some custom css to delete or hide this bar?

Could you please provide some edited screenshots and page URL as am unable to track down the heading/menu bar. Thanks for co-operating with us.

 

Attached is a screen shot of what I'm talking about on one of the pages - http://www.healthyselfhealthylife.com/supervision

It's where the heading for each page was listed, until I removed the text (for example: Home>>About). Its not on the Home screen, just the four additional pages I have (About/Counseling/Supervision/Consultation).

It's not a big problem - it would just look more "clean" if the extra tan bar wasn't there. Thanks.
